A Legacy of Wellness
She left too soon. Her dream did not.
Edith greeted every guest with a fresh cup of herbal tea brewed with intention, offered with love. On her last journey home to Cameroon, she walked through gardens of hibiscus, guava, soursop and mango, and envisioned a company that would carry these botanicals into homes across the world.
“When you brew a cup of Edith's Garden Tea, you are not just making tea. You are participating in a legacy of wellness one cup at a time.”
In loving memory of Edith Mah

Everything you're wondering
Are your teas caffeine-free?
Yes all six teas are naturally 100% caffeine-free. They're herbal infusions, not Camellia sinensis tea, so you can enjoy them morning, afternoon or right before bed.
Where exactly do the herbs come from?
Every botanical is hand-selected in Cameroon, Central Africa hibiscus, guava leaf, mango leaf, avocado leaf, bitter leaf and soursop leaf. One origin, fully traceable, picked and dried close to where it grows.
How many cups does one pouch make?
Each 100g pouch brews roughly 40–50 cups (1 teaspoon ≈ 2g per cup). At $19.99, that's about $0.45 per cup of single-origin herbal tea.
How do I brew it?
Add 1 teaspoon of loose leaves, pour 250ml of water at 90°C, and steep 5–7 minutes. Brewing instructions are also printed on every pouch.
Are there any additives or flavorings?
None. Each pouch contains one ingredient only: the whole, dried leaves or flowers of the herb on the label. No flavorings, no fillers, no preservatives.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 24–48 hours. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, and shipping is free on orders over $45. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
What if I don't love it?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a tea isn't for you, contact us and we'll make it right refund or exchange, no lengthy forms.
Can I drink these while pregnant or on medication?
Herbal infusions are natural, but they're not medical products. If you're pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, please consult your doctor before adding any new herbal tea to your routine.
